I have been going here for a few years now. It has been great and Dan does a great job, BUT this…read moreyear my husband was out on surgery and couldn't get paperwork to them until 3 weeks before taxes due. They told us no problem on getting taxes done. I went up there to check last day to sign No taxes ready and Receptionist was very rude asking me why I was even there. Um it's last day to turn in. You told us no problem, but instead she says there's 20 ahead of us. OK fine we wait 3 weeks and still not call. Um 20 ahead of us. You could of done 1 a day and should of been ready by now. Husband goes up there to check. They are closed at 2 pm. He leaves note to call. No call until 2 days later. They say their not doing our taxes because we were snippy. I think we were lied to twice!! Snippy isn't that what you would expect if you were to be ready no problem before due date and then you say 20 ahead on due date and 3 weeks later we have to contact you to see what is going on. WOW! NEVER AGAIN! and I will write every review I can find on you.
