I was able to find all of my dad's old tax returns and all of his financials through his financial institutions and Cindy was able to make sense out of everything. She did an amazing job she calmed my mom down got all the paperwork organized went through everything very very thoroughly. She explained the whole process. She explained what my dad had been doing with his taxes and that was very helpful. I dropped off my files, and then got a call from Angela, who was preparing my returns. We set up an appointment for the following week. Then she call me back a day or two later and said, "hey if you can come in today, I can still get you the 2020 incentive. But it has to be filed today!" I went over after work, and she went ahead and filed all 7 years, will 3 incentives that I missed from COVID. I cannot tell you how at ease I was, she was so thoughtful, and treated me with such dignity and kindness. I will go back once all 7 years are processed so they can help me set up a payment program. I usually have gone to the 72nd St the one across from the dollar tree that's next to the Dept of Social and Health Services or if they were limited appts when I was trying to go in there I would go over to the one on 38th st & pacific and they are must as amazing but this year I recently went to the one closer in Spanaway on 157th &pacific and let me tell you Angela is my new tax Prep bestie cuz she was delightful to talk to and was very helpful/ super quick to get my holiday loan (advance for Christmas) that I got $700 of my tax earnings just a few days later and a they also have another advance the East advance loan but u would actually need to wait for your W2(s) tax forms for the year you're filing for so that was a pain.. but to make things more sweeter they're always welcomed me with smiles and the smell of freshly popped (or close to) popcorn and coffee accents n with a whole fridge full of beverages even juice pouches for the little lovies n snacks & candies & freshly baked out the oven chocolate chip cookies she made while i was there too which made me feel very ViP lol so if you're wanting to get a tax center ^~^ ofc for me i keep going back to liberty tax cuz I've always been satisfied (if not more than)leaving out from there & so now the one on 157th it's where I'll probably be going to go to for do next years' filing!

A week past and my wife went back to pick them up. They gave her the w2s but they kept a copy of the original w2s. She asked for the other stub and they took their sweet time to get it, after a few minutes they came back with the original but took copies. They said it is a company policy and I asked to see it. Since it doesn't exist, I asked to talk to a manager (Mitchell) and she said it was policy and I asked to see it. Mitchell said she didn't have access to the policy. Really!!! Stay away from this place.

Instead we drove up there and she scheduled us at a different location. It's very unprofessional and rude knowing you have appointments and don't call to let people know you're running behind.
