I had Josh look at my policies and even though I thought I had thoroughly reviewed and quoted everyone there was in Insurance, he still found me a better rate than what I was paying currently. Plus he reviewed my coverage to make sure I didn't have huge gaps in case of an accident. Insurance is that one thing I don't want to have to worry about unless I absolutely have to, and this office helps me to do just that. They did all the work for my new policy once I gave them the info they needed, and then did all the leg work to cancel my old one too! They are well staffed When your time comes the tellers take the time to provide you with all the information and perform all the transactions you need. They are knowledgeable and can solve difficult or complicated problems for you. If they do not know enough they get the information needed. They are courteous, friendly, and know your name if you come in often. As to the loan officers, they are courteous and go out of their way to help you get through all the steps needed to obtain a loan, including working with corporate to get their approval. My 2nd mortgage took 2.5+ weeks to complete and have funds in my account. It is true that other lenders are courteous and capable, but M.A.C.U. provides lower costs and fees and you can get personal service face to face. My daughter and granddaughters have found they prefer M.A.C.U. to other financial institutions in Vernal. They had no trouble getting car loans, but they have steady jobs and a very good credit rating. Any person who uses money wisely and always fulfills has obligations will find M.A.C.U.
