They could not diagnose an asthma exacerbation OR a case of shingles. I walked back out with nothing but a prescription for some cream. I continued to struggle til Monday when I could see my REAL doctor, the pulmonologist . Then today, my pulmonologist sent me to get a nasal swab ( respiratory viral panel) at this hospital. She said to go in admittance, I did. They sent me to ER , I go to ER and they insist on ADMITTING me. OK. So she get vitals and does the swab then tells me to sit back out in the waiting room. I said what for, I just needed a test done, she said you still have to see a doctor. I wait. We are talking about the hospital....................... She comes and gets me and takes me down to the back hall and sits me on a bed , IN THE HALL. When does a doctor come see you IN THE HALL ??? He told them what I had continued to try to tell them. I didn't need admitted, it was just for a test !!!! So I wait longer for them to un-admit me... and wait. Finally someone comes to tell me the nurse was "working on it". WORKING ON WHAT ??? There was nothing to "work on" except the extra work they caused themselves. This has become a totally incompetent hospital. Oh, you thought that I was done...nope. after I finally walked out, they call me and I answer. She said I needed to come back in TO ADMITTANCE so I wouldn't get charged emergency room visit. I'm sick, struggling to breath with every step , mind you. I go back in ADMITTANCE without my paper orders anymore cause the nurse kept it , so I give my name and the long story. She has to get on the phone to find out what's going on and the AGAIN tells me I need to go....nowhere, I'm done with that run around game , where I'm taking my sick self is HOME !!!!​​

I don't know where the nurse and doctor were trained, but I was extremely concerned about the fall (it was my 3rd fall hitting my head in less than a week) and I was scared. I wanted to know why I was falling. Instead, I was treated with contempt and disrespect and told to leave or be arrested Later learned from another doctor that this type of "arrest threat" is normal at his hospital (in another city). It's a way of getting rid a a patient you don't want to deal with due to complexities or just not feeling like taking the time to order and get proper scans approved. The room my mom was put in was dirty and hadn't been cleaned at all her wounds weren't taken care…read moreof and she had been needing antibiotics and they didn't give anything to her until they had to transfer her to a different town not to mention there was splattered blood on the walls and floor even in the bathroom which was separate from the room her heart monitor broke and no one came to check and see if she was alive she peed herself and she didn't have a call button to call for help... The cleanup people didn't even clean when they came in and they just slapped a wet rag on the floor were the blood was and used their foot to move it around and they didn't even clean the blood off the wallnot to mention they just walked out with the rag letting that water from the rag hit the floor which isn't sanitary.. she sat there alone all night with no one to help her she cried because she was mortified that she had peed herself and they didn't even clean her wound which needed cleaning badly she came there because she has a bad infection deep inside her wound that we can't clean and they hadn't done anything about it and they have the audacity to put up no video or picture signs as if it's to protect the patients privacy when obviously it's to protect them from getting reported.. this room my mom was put in was a small room probably the size of a small storage closet and this hospital is massive it's not like they don't have the money to fix all this everything looked clean when we first walked into the hospital.. the people are nice but that doesn't excuse their failure to treat my mother who could die from that infection if they let it sit for to long.. and these wounds aren't small ethier they need to be packed it's that bad and they let her sit there with no care what so ever
