I called to ask a few standard, baseline questions before booking (specifically, whether they could rekey different lock brands to a single key,) what their service fee policy is if the work cannot be completed, and whether they use in-house employees or subcontractors. Instead of providing straightforward answers, the representative repeatedly pressured me to book an appointment. When I pressed for clarity on their fees and hiring practices, the representative became completely unhinged. He flat-out refused to answer, constantly interrupted me, accused me of "playing games," and claimed I wasn't a "real customer." (A quick glance at my extensive Google review history will easily prove my legitimacy as a local consumer). It was only after this bizarre, aggressive interaction that I looked more closely at their Google reviews and noticed the massive number of one-star ratings reporting similar experiences. It turns out I am not alone. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable locksmith who respects their customers.
