Our design consultant, Jessica Carroll, was so sweet! Patient, knowledgable, understanding, helpful, and well prepared to explain every facet of window treatments with us! She stayed with us for a good 2-3 hours explaining our options: shades, blinds, shutters, etc. Once we decided what we'd like, she took measurements & payments that same day. She had to give us 3 different arrival times as different parts of the order were coming from different places. To be honest, I wasn't happy with that....... but I guess that's "just how it is" with custom orders. Each time part of the order came in, the absolute BEST installer, Cavan, came by to install. Before install, he re-measured and realized that Jessica had missed one window when measuring/ordering. It was an office window -- so no big deal. $hit happens, right? Having that missing window shade added to the order was not a pleasant experience, and of course, it didn't come with the rest of the order -- I guess they couldn't expedite it. When it arrived, it was made incorrecly (just had the wand on the wrong side of the window -- nothing horrible, yet still incorrect!) It took nearly TWO MONTHS to get everything here and installed! Everything looks amazing and was well worth the wait!! My only complaint is that it took soooooo long to arrive --- but you do get what you pay for! I'm glad we spent the extra to get custom window treatments! Give 3 day Blinds a shot -- just be prepared to wait a little while for your order!

Couldnt have cost them more than $5 and given the scope of my purchase, was kind of insulting. I do like my shades but that's about all I liked dealing with this particular company. My decorative ( not rated for hurricanes) hurricane shutters can be flattened from the arms unlike other non-hurricane rated shutters. He also adjusted the shutter arms to be 90 degrees from window-- other shutters' arms are not adjustable. They do custom sizing so you pay 10 percent down and about 8-10 weeks later the installer comes. I would use them again.

Several of the roller blinds hang crooked and they blame it on the builder not building the frames perfectly level. They did not do anything to fix it. They told me it was the builders problem. Be aware they will take your money and wash their hands if there is an issue.
