I walked in for an appointment to have stents removed only to have the receptionist tell me I didn't have an appointment. I did have an appointment. For anyone who has had stents, you know how uncomfortable they are, they made me sit and wait and they'd try to squeeze me in. I sat for an hour. More recently, they couldn't find a test I had 2 months earlier, then miraculously it appeared. They called and scheduled my appointment. I went in for my appointment, I checked in, they took my insurance card, made a copy and I went and sat down. One hour later, after watching a gentleman get called in that came in after me I approached the receptionist and asked how much longer. I was asked what my name was and was told my name was removed from the schedule. How can that be when you checked me in? I asked for my results paperwork, asked for it to be sent to my PCP and stated I would NEVER go back again. Such an awful experience. So much more I could put, but I'm just done with these people.

I use this location for my PCP and to get blood drawn at the adjacent lab. The wait is not too bad…read morefor the doctors but the lab can be hit or miss. One time you may be the only one waiting and the next time you're spending close to an hour standing because they've removed most of the chairs (due to COVID). Obviously that's not their fault but it might help to have more than one phlebotomist on staff.
