When we showed up we had to wait over two hours before we got help, after driving all the way here the least they could have done is do their job. I will not recommend this place at all. To top it off they don't deliver so I have to drive all the way back here to pick up a part. So that's a giant waste of time and money for something that could easily be mailed.

It's a decent-sized store with angled parking out front and you can easily see it off the main road in Revelstoke. Initial impressions were not good as there were few employees for the number of customers in the store, and faced with a spread of windshield wipers we had no idea what we were looking for. However once someone was able to help us out, it was great- they were knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences among models, and the recommendation was based on what we needed and not just on the priciest one. However when it turned out that they didn't actually have the size for our vehicle in stock, the employee offered to give us the next model up for a discount. That was unexpected but really nice of him. Would definitely pop in here again if I needed some auto parts while in Revelstoke!

this goes back 2 years, I took my Rav 4 in for a check of the transmission, the torque converter…read morewas kicking in and out constantly. This was a recall item in the USA, but not even mentioned by the dealer. After having the vehicle for 6 hours, they drained about 250 ml of transmission fluid out, and changed the sparkplugs. $500. And they couldn't duplicate the problem, although I had the same issue when leaving for home. I live in another city so I couldn't schedule it back in. As far as service outfit, they just didn't care. I contacted First Klass Transmission by phone and John suggested a quick fix, that worked, cost me$15 for a bottle of posi diff fluid, never had another problem. Sold my Rav4, later that year. Will not use that dealer again.

The first time I went to…read morehilltop Toyota, they tried to sell me on a *one in a life time price* of 750$ for a new windshield. Outrageous. Save yourself and go to Rainbow Glass in Salmon Arm. They'll treat you right and give you a great price. I paid just around 300$ for a windshield, and got an apt that week. The second time I went to Hilltop Toyota (god forbid), I had the turn signal arm and two seatbelts replaced. After picking up my truck the traction control light was still on. Had to wait another hour for them to fix it, as the mechanic did not wire the steering wheel on correctly. After the manager fixed the traction control light, he didn't bother checking the rest of the mechanics work. After getting home I realized the mechanic also failed to attach the door panel after installing the seat belt- and the door handle did not work. I insisted for a total refund on the labor, but Hilltop Toyota would only refund me for a small portion of the labor (~$200) (which is nothing on the two thousand dollar job I paid for). These people are not detail oriented. They want their bonus and to kick you out of the door. Save yourself!!! Less than 1 star.
