He followed up, always communicating, and making it very easy on us to execute during a busy family life and holiday period! We have worked with him multiple times over the past 20 years now and I wouldn't work with anyone else! The only disappointment we have and it isn't Ed but rather the industry as a whole is how the evaluation of property value is done. When there is a sale of a home, magically the value is approved and makes sense most of the time. On a refinance, no one seemingly "fights" or stands up to a pure numbers game without any consideration to the condition of the home or upgrades needed or improvements made etc. this was quite disappointing and something I feel like the industry can do better for customers with.
