He picked us up at our cruise ship terminal and drove some 65km to see them. He waited ninety minutes for us and then drove us back to Bari. With the help of our Viking representative, we negotiated a €140 fare and gave him a €30 Tip at the end of our journey. The Trulli huts at Alberobello's are considered the most extensive and best preserved UNESCO World Heritage Site (see photos). You will be amazed to see how the locals have converted these spaces into cafés, shops and stylish homes. Ohhh, and into tourist shops, too. LOL So how good was Cristian? At one point it started raining and I gave our one umbrella to my wife and companion. He then came back and found me with a huge golf umbrella, to walk me back to his VW Atlas cab. Nice! I would have loved slightly more expanded food tour; the items like the focaccia, cheese plate, gelato, and basically a calzone (orecheitte?) were all delightful, but on the first stop seeing all those pulpo sandwiches that weren't a part of the tour was slightly disappointing. I guess I should have just bought one to try it because they looked that damn good. The English-speaking + getting a feel of Old Bari throughout the tour was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to book again!

First of all out our tour guide-ss Frederica started the tour out on a fantastic note. She has incredible energy and knowledge about Bari, which a contagious happy attitude which was helpful since my group of friends and I were short on time to catch out train back to Rome, she assured us we had enough time and directed us with the correct walking distances. They have a brick and mortar meeting place where the tour starts which is awesome. The tour was a gorgeous, well thought out mix of food, culture and history with food included in the ticket price. I would do this same tour but next time not put the time constraint of catching a train so that I could enjoy and go back to the spots that interested me! I would not hesitate to book another tour with this company and will be recommending to all friends. I hope to catch them elsewhere in the world as well!

Once on this side, there is duty free shopping or food as sandwich's or pastry. i think the seating is actually limited on both sides of TSA. i see no charging ports or elec outlets. She was warm, friendly, helpful, and did not try to upsell us extra insurance at all. We showed her our two proofs of insurance (one on the credit card, one from a third party travel insurer) and she said "great!" and let us know it was a reimbursement system if anything did happen. Then she upgraded our vehicle, gave us our keys, and took the time to write out a list of her favorite spots to go visit in Puglia. Returning the car was painless, with no issues around dents or anything. Thank you Tiziania! Warning!!! Budget in Bari Italy are the worst staff ever,…read morethey charged us over 200 Euro xtra for insurance we already had prepaid 3 weeks before arraival! The staff gave us no chance, just to sign the new contract or else NO CAR. We tried really hard to solve the problem at their office the day after since we landed late at arrival day (13-10-22). Their coordinator Giusy just laugh at us and talked ever so loud that ALL the Customers in line heard her proud attitude toward us, she meant that we were the problem an d had our self to blame. Our vacation was totally destrotd and at return date, I took some photos att Giusy and Budgets office to have some proof of their attitude and inform and warn rental Customer at Internet. Giusy and a colleague threaten us with the Police, and told us that we were going to get our money back. Still after 2 months!! Budget show no interest to give us the money back that we got charge xtra for. Budgets Customer Service still blame us and have no interest to solve our experience made by their Budget staff in Bari Italy and their coordinator Giusy. Please chose another car rental company!! Without a doubt the front desk service was one of the best we have ever had, and we stay in quite a few hotels. Alessandro at the front desk went above and beyond for us. The only concern I had was the even with the do not disturb on our door our room was serviced every day which completely defeated the do not disturb sign.
