They were experiencing email difficulties so that's why I had to wait. Mammen was efficient and pleasant and explained everything to me. I'd forgotten my bank details so he said that I could email him when I got home. I did that and realised that he said they were having email troubles, so I called to confirm and he said that he was just about to go home and I had just caught him. I would have had to wait until the next day for him to call back, confirm the details and lodge. All in all, got the job done.

Speaking with the ATO, they were surprised at how badly H&R Block completed my return and advised me to file an amendment on my own. When I tried calling H&R Block Prahran, they were always too busy to speak to me and refused to answer my emails. What a waste of money!! I could have filed my taxes on my own and saved myself the money and hassle from these incompetent idiots!
