This is the first time I have encountered such stupidity. An engine temperature sensor has been ordered. I received an apparently used sensor in the mail, in a bag and without the original packaging. My requests were to send me a non-used sensor - they stated that they could not replace it. Of course, I made a charge back with my bank and will leave negative reviews. I really didn't understand what they expected in such a situation. They were left without money, with an angry customer and negative reviews. Stupidity at its highest.

Laura (wife) was looking for a new small sport SUV and we informally stopped by while on our motorcycles and cruising through WPB. We were both a Florida summer sweaty hot mess. Lance Pain was walking between buildings and greeted us by asking how was our ride and if we'd like a cold water. In that moment we were more interested in a cold water than a vehicle. Once in the showroom and cold water in hand, Lance asked what interest us. Laura said she was ready to trade her 2011 Caddilac SRX with over 113k miles (a great issue free vehicle - made it tough to part with). Laura expressed interest in the Jaguar E-Pace. Lance walked us around the showroom E-Pace, explained the model lineup, the different engines, all-wheel drive, etc. He saw our interest and said let's take one for a spin so you can experience it firsthand. We test drove the base S model (250HP) and then an R-Dynamic HSE model (300HP). Laura chose the HSE. Since it was late Saturday and we were on the motorcycles, vs having the Caddy, we scheduled time Monday to bring in the Caddy. Monday the Jaguar team made us a fair trade offer on the SRX, we finalized terms and left with a new HSE. Overall, we got a great deal, and most importantly, Lance made the sales experience exceptional. Lance set the bar high, so we'll see how our future service experiences stack up. Exactly 1 week, and 3 days (5/3) after my purchase, the vehicle began experiencing serious transmission problems -- violent jerking on acceleration, grinding sounds, and failure to roll normally when shifted into Drive. When I took it to Braman Hyundai (5/4), I was told the transmission needs to be fully replaced at a cost of $8,500. They mentioned to me that it seems like the transmission was already worked on and they did a very poor job. I checked the carfax report and the one previous owner only serviced the vehicle at hyundai dealerships (nothing serious only service oil changes, and tire rotations) up until it got sold to Florida Fine Cars where they did they're own service to the vehicle. Still not labeled as anything transmission related. They seem to have known about this issue and still sold the car regardless, just not report it to the carfax report. I've seen Florida Fine Cars reply to other 1 star reviews stating they disclose all the information with the customer, and provide honest carfax reports. However, none of this issue was disclosed to me at the time of sale, and it does not appear anywhere on the Carfax report Florida Fine Cars provided me that the transmission was worked on. The only thing they stated was a small accident to the front and side bumper, all cosmetic. I would not have taken the car if the transmission was bad. To make matters worse, I texted the sales representative, Josue (apparently the "new guy") to inform him of the issue with the car HE sold me and he stated to me "bro i don't even work there anymore" Another weird red flag to add to everything. Ive called multiple times, and cant get through to anyone, they say they'll call back but don't. Its almost as if they see my number pop up and purposely not answer because i called from a different phone number and they didn't hesitate to answer, I was able to speak to Mark who was the service manager he said. Saying he'll "look into it" If you are considering purchasing a used car from them, I strongly urge you to have any vehicle independently inspected before signing anything. Do not rely solely on the Carfax they provide you even though they swear by their honest reports.

If you as a salesperson cannot follow simple directions from a possible client, it means that you will never listen to me regarding my needs.

Buyer beware!!!…read more Last month we bought our daughter a RAV4 from Palm Beach Toyota for her birthday. We negotiated an OUT-THE-DOOR PRICE -- tax, tag, title, and every nonsense fee they could dream up. We wrote a check, signed all paperwork with their finance manager, and were sent home with a temporary tag and the promise that the permanent plate would be mailed. Fast forward to today: the temp tag expired LAST WEEK and no plate ever arrived. After repeated calls, I finally reach the finance manager and am told we "owe" another $266, which is why they never sent the tag. Let me be very clear: Out-the-door deal Signed "we owe / you owe" paperwork Paid in full No disclosure of additional balance No plate mailed No notification Finance manager position? "If you want the plate, you'll have to pay the balance." So now my daughter is driving with an EXPIRED temporary tag because Palm Beach Toyota is holding her license plate hostage after closing a paid-in-full deal. This is either gross incompetence or intentional bad-faith business practices -- neither is acceptable. Next stop: Penske Automotive Group corporate, followed by the State of Florida, DMV, and anyone else who thinks this behavior is normal. Absolutely unreal that this is how a major dealership chooses to operate. Do better!
