This dealer is great when they r getting ur money after any problems it's like they don't care. Throttle cable broke and stuck wide open and causing me sever injury and that was after calling for help because it wouldn't kick start no concern from dealer. After I ordered a throttle cable and finally got the bike to Kickstart . The Kickstart broke in a full push and causing my legs to be injured severely on the bearclaw foot peg and causing my hip to be injured. So I'm going on I'm making payments on something that I bought to ride and have fun on now and again and can't even get on it to ride now . What a hunk of junk. Sincerely take heed Charles hall

    The one I wanted.

On Oct 11th my sister & I went to the Jax store to get bikes. The sales person helping me was Pamela & Cory helped my sister. The bikes were chosen and added to me as I was approved for enough to get both bikes. We were told that the bikes would be delivered to the store in about 2 weeks as they had to come from TX. More than a month passes, NO bikes. In the meantime, we're calling/ texting the sales reps. being told that the actual bike i wanted was not available, but yet I'm already being billed. The sales rep quoted me one price and conveniently added a warrenty and something else that I wasn't asked if I wanted or not. On several occassions I said to the store and the finance company, CANCEL the Contract & the order, there is too much confusion going on, contracts changing, etc... and something doesn't seem right. After saying this several times, as also noted by the finance company, why did i get a call on Nov 14th from Nancy who said she works in their Service dept. saying that the bikes have just been put together and are the at the store ready to be picked up. She claimed to not know anything about the issues. I called the finance company back to see if the contract had been cancelled per my request. I was told that they were waiting on Jax Power Sports whom for some reason would never answer the phone even when the finance company was trying to contact them, nor would call the finance company back (according to the finance company). I gave them the phone number that Nancy had given me and let them know that she had just called and could be reached on that number as she was waiting on me to call her back IF I wanted the bikes. She didn't answer their call....smh. After about another week, and all was investigated / researched, the finance company finally called me back, then on Nov 21st I got the email saying they were refunding my initial payment now that they've FINALLY gotten the cancellation. And yet... on that same day, out of my sister's bank account, Jax Powersports took $465 which was a payment we made towards the taxes & title for one of the bikes that she had put a stop payment on the very 1st time we told them we didn't want the bikes. Who can tell me why they would do that even when we told them WAYYYYY before the bikes were shipped that we didn't want them, and when they had already sent the contract cancellation to the finance company? No worries, it's not over... they will be investigated. I didn't read all the reviews before I went there, I'm hoping someone thinks twice after reading this one.

STAY OUT OF THIS PLACE! DISHONEST! I purchased 2 Bintelli Quest E- Bikes. Spent $5000.00. Shaun Jackrel (owner) shipped me 2 scratched, chipped, broken parts, with no charger, no pedal assist working, no invoice, no warranty, no manual e-bikes. They r useless w/o chargers & pedal assist.  Shaun (THE OWNER) conned me into accepting delivery saying "its the easy way to deal with the issue" HE LIED! He refused to exchange the bikes for new ones, he refused to refund and void the deal until I got my attorney involved & then he caved like a house of cards. He was not even man enough to face me when I dropped off the bikes he sent out a women to do his job as he hid in the back watching through the cameras what a spineless POS. Shaun has left me no choice buot to notify all of his dishonest, unprofessional and unscrupulous behavior and attitude towards consumers who PAY big dollars for a new product but receive damaged, broken missing parts etc. Shaun & Jaguar Power Sports WERE FORCED to step up against their will by my attorney b/c we were in the right & he was WRONG!  If he has done similar to u its worth the expense to break him down. I notified BBB, the state agencies both local and statewide to ensure his questionable business tactics are known to all. Shaun, be advised these reviews (and many more) will continue & stay up until u learn to respect ur customers!

BUYERS BEWARE!  On Saturday February 15, 2020 I drove from tampa, florida to Jacksonville, Florida to purchase  a motorcycle I was looking for with a particular color pattern. I found it at Jaguar Power Sports, so when I got there papers were all done and just needed a signature. I asked if I could test drive being that it was used bike, I was denied because I dont have a motorcycle endorsement,  which is understandable and I was ok with it. Motorcycle looked to be in great condition, so I signed and headed back to tampa. when I got back to home I unloaded and took motorcycle for a ride, I noticed a problem with the clutch, so I parked it. and figured I would call them monday morning to see if they could help. Called them on monday to find they where closed due to president day, so I called on Tuesday and spoke Marcy the general manager, and she seems to be surprised by my complaint. She told me that she had ridden the bike before and she never noticed any thing, but she would get with service and call me back. two days later she called back to say that three other employees had ridden same bike and noticed nothing, but on my next day off if I wanted to bring the motorcycle brake they would look at my claim. so I made an appointment with her on the following Tuesday to have the bike back in Jacksonville. meanwhile  during that week I took the motorcycle to tampa elite shop in tampa, florida to see what they thought, and not to my surprise they told me clutch is bad. so I told marcy about this and she said well we will see when bring motorcycle back Tuesday. for a while week I debated on whether or not to bring bike to Jacksonville. I decided not to bring the bike back that following Tuesday because if four people at their dealership are you saying there's nothing wrong with the bike, what is one person's claim that there is. I felt they would not take the time to open up the clutch and really look inside so I made an appointment with Tampa Elite to have my clutch redone. upon opening the clutch cover of the basket three of the six clutch discs we're broken and in pieces, I immediately took pictures and video because not only was the clutch discs broken the clutch basket is loose and has a wobble to it Tampa elite quoted me around $1,100 to fix clutch basket and clutch plates. I told them I did not have that kind of money and how much would it be just to replace the discs they told me $608 I told them to fix it. the next day I tried several times to call Marcy at Jacksonville Powersports only to be told that she was sick and that she couldn't talk on the phone so I emailed her the invoice for the repair the picture of broken discs and the video of the clutch basket wobble. she was in great surprise that all this was wrong she assured me that she would take care of something and that she had to have  a meeting with her boss. after about a week of calls and emails she responded to me by email which I have a copy of that her and her boss met and talked about my clutch issues and that they agreed they would pay me $280 for their cost of Parts on the clutch plates and that if I agree to it she would cut a check that day and send it in the mail, I also did ask her if there was anything she could do to help for the cost in the clutch basket being that it was another $600 repair. it has been over two weeks and I have heard nothing from Marcy I called the dealership several times several more emails and nothing back  next issue with Jaguar Power Sports is that today is March 22,  and my temporary tag expired 8 days ago. once again I called on March 14th to let them know that my temporary tag was expiring at the end of the day and what I needed to do they told me well just ride it and if by chance you get pulled over at least it has a current registration I told him that was not satisfactory enough and that I needed to speak to the person in charge of Titles and Registration I was once told that person is also sick and not in the office so I told her I will call back tomorrow. I called back the next day and asked to speak with the woman in title and registration I was put on hold never to be answered so I called back and asked again I was told she still not in the office and I asked the woman is there somebody else I can speak with she put me on the phone with another gentleman by the name of either Andrew or Shawn and he rest assured that he would provide me with a new temporary tag and send it in the mail that day 8 days later I still have no temp tag no license plate I even called DMV DMV on for me that they have never filled out any title work to receive a license plate.

I did get helped by a nice young man who showed me the jackets that come in 2XL. I asked him if he was sure that that was a genuine 2x because it didn't look that large to me and he assured me that it was. Unfortunately we both headed to the counter to make my purchase and there was another guy wandering around who interrupted and asked for tires in the kid who was helping me literally just walked away from me and went over to the tire place for 10 minutes while I stood there at the counter waiting. Another guy came over and said sorry but he is the tire guy so you'll have to wait. What? Anyway I get home and turns out the 2X is not really a 2X even though it says to ask on the label. He tried to bring it back but without the original credit card they wouldn't give him a refund nor would they even exchange it which makes no sense to me. I had left the actual receipt in the pocket so he had the physical receipt and it was only two days later but they wouldn't do anything unless he went back home which is 45 minute drive each way and came and got my credit card and brought it back to them. These two things probably should've deducted two stars but I hate to give them only three because I know everybody is trying in Covid. Those two things will make me buy online rather than come back to the store but for you people who like to put your hands on stuff before you buy it this would be a good option.

Terrible Communication and Predatory Pricing…read more Early August of 2025 I had a deeply disappointing experience with the service department at BMW Motorcycles of Jacksonville. I visited seeking advice for seven (7) technical/electrical errors on my 1250GSA. The service agent was incredibly dismissive, refusing to even look at me or listen to the errors shown on the pictures I made from my display while I was explaining them. Without even a cursory look at the pictures and the notes I made, he quoted me between $2,500 and $3,500 for diagnostics, claimed it would take three days on the computer to analyze, and told me the earliest appointment was 6 weeks away. Fortunately, I sought a second opinion at RiderMarket Daytona in Ormond Beach. Their service was world-class: CUSTOMER SERVICE: With one word; OUTSTANDING!! They listened to what I had to say. LOGISTICS: They picked up my bike from my home in Jacksonville and transported it to their shop for free. EFFICIENCY: The entire problem was diagnosed and resolved within three days. FAIRNESS: The total cost was $34 all-in and a staggering difference from Jacksonville's $3,500+ estimate. The beginning of January 2026 I reached out to the Jacksonville dealership via letter to discuss this massive price discrepancy and complained about the arrogance of their service and repair staff, but I have received zero response. It seems they are as uninterested in customer feedback as they are in fair pricing. The service was so unfriendly that I would now much rather drive an hour to Ormond Beach than deal with a team that makes me feel like I should apologize for being a paying customer. It is a shame, as the time I bought my motorcycle there in CASH was actually a good experience, but they have completely lost my trust and future business.

For many years now I have considered buying a "Pull-behind" trailer for my various touring…read moremotorcycles. This has become a reality with my purchase of a 2019 Uni-Go Touring Motorcycle Trailer www.unigotrailers.com. In September I purchased a 2018 BMW K1600GTL motorcycle. Soon after this purchase my wife and set out on a 9 day trip through California and Nevada. It was during this trip that we realized that if we wanted to camp as well as carry more clothing and other comfort items we would need more space, and it was indeed time to get a pull-behind trailer. We ended up choosing the Uni-Go Touring Motorcycle Trailer after researching multiple brands. We wanted a trailer that had good pulling characteristics, had good looks, would carry our camping and touring needs and not break the bank in the process. We eventually chose Uni-Go because we can detach the trailer from the bike and bring it with us into our hotel room, rather than having to find somewhere to lock it up. The Uni-Go has a maximum weight of 180 lbs. A handle on the front to help with hand moving, when not connected to the motorcycle. This makes it possible to bring it inside with you wherever you are staying. With our decision made, I contacted Uni-Go to ask a couple of questions prior to ordering online. I was concerned with the time it would take to build my trailer as well as a couple of additional items I was thinking of adding to my order. I was told build time would be 6 weeks. I ordered the Uni-Go Touring model. I had it color-matched to my K1600GTL (Light White) with the wheels and tow bar powder coated black to match the black trim on the GTL. I then researched motorcycle trailer hitches to mount to my BMW K1600GTL. I decided on the Bushtec hitch due to its solid reputation as well as its construction,www.bushtec.com.. The hitch took a day to install and was fairly straight forward. I did find some of the instructions and photographs confusing, but after research online I found another K1600GTL owner whose photographs and build suggestions were very helpful in filling the holes in the Bushtec instructions. This trailer hitch is solid and well hidden behind the rear mudflap of the motorcycle. Two vertical support bars are visible, one on each side of the mudflap that disappear behind the upper part of the rear motorcycle assembly. A detachable hitch receiver comes out from under the mudflap, and when in use does not get in the way of any part of the motorcycle. I did have the Uni-Go hitch adaptor welded to the receiver to avoid any sway or vibration that had been reported on motorcycles that simply bolted on the Uni-Go adaptor. After waiting the 6 weeks for my Uni-Go to be built I contacted Uni-Go as to the status of my build and shipping time. I spoke to Bob Montgomery. I was told that they were preparing my trailer to go to paint. I requested that they ship me the "Bike side" of the wiring harness which they did. They also included an Isolator harness which is needed for the Can-Bus electrical system of the BMW. This was a bonus and saved me time and money. After a couple more weeks passed I again called and was told that my trailer was indeed in the paint shop and should be finished soon and final assembly would take just a few days and it would ship. This cycle of phone calls and excuses continued for another 4 weeks (12 weeks total build time). At this point, my patience had begun to falter and a planned trip loomed in the near future. With one final phone call, I was told they were almost complete and would ship it right out. I received the trailer within a week. Upon initial inspection of the Uni-Go trailer upon delivery, we discovered a couple of cosmetic issues that frankly surprised both my wife and I. These items should have been found during a quality control inspection prior to shipping. One of the 10 Hex head bolts that are used to hold two hinges from the body to the lockable lid was replace by a Phillips head bolt. It looked completely out of place. The other issue was that the finished edge around the lid of the trailer was not sanded properly prior to being painted. It was rough and had a couple of jagged areas that needed to be addressed. Other than those two issues, the trailer was beautiful. The color match was exact. The powder coating was very well done. After communicating with Bob, and then Skip at Uni-Go, they agreed to send me a replacement Hex head bolt to replace the Phillips head bolt. As far as the lid problem, their fix was to send a piece of black trim to go over the edge of the lid to cover the imperfections. They were eager to fix any issues. I received the replacement parts in 5 days from the time I reported the issue. Overall, I am pleased with my choice of the Uni-Go Touring Motorcycle trailer.

The trailer was delivered in March 2016, 5 months. In 2016 the trailer was pulled about 2600 miles. Really liked the trailer. In June 2017 my wife an I started planning a trip out west, when I hooked the trailer to my bike I noticed the u joint was loose (very loose) I contacted uni go in Jacksonville an they said they would ship me a new u joint for I think $91.00. I got the new u joint, it was worse than the old one. Of the 4 caps one was tight, dial calipers indicated.025 to .035 clearance on 3 of the 4 caps. Way to much clearance, should be more like .005. Contacted uni go was told to install it would be fine. BS. I returned the u joint went to parts store bought a Spicer u joint for $12.00. Works fine, so far. While changing the u joint I had the trailer lifted up with tongue in vice, on one side near the bottom of trailer I noticed hair line cracks, a lot of cracks In paint or fiberglass, can't really tell, again contacted uni go an was told to ether sand it down an repaint or live with it. Also had another problem, it leaked, figured out problem an fixed it myself. I paid $4600 for this trailer an hitch installed. Would I do it again? NO. Would I recommend this trailer? Yes, only because it pulls great. However when it's delivered it yours, don't look for costumer service.
