She is now on maternity leave and we fell victim to a new person. Despite telling 3 humans to not groom her head - they did that, and instead of trimming to 'even up her fur' they fully shaved her! I was absolutely shocked that anyone would do that! The lead of this aggressive job said 'grooming is up to the discretion of the groomer!' oh, really? If she had known about OES dogs- they need their fur to regulate their body temperature!! Be very cautious if grooming your pet there - I'm just appalled and view this job as just plain lazy! Walked around for a few minutes wondering if maybe they were on an end cap, when a very polite young man named Nolan saw me and very calmly asked if I needed some help. I told him what I was looking for and he voluntarily went over to check the shelves himself. When he didn't see it he grabbed a manager and they went to find it for me in the back.
