They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They have reasonable rates and we have been happy over the years with the help advice and help they have given us. The reason I am writing a review now is because we just bought a brand new RAV4 and going in we expected our rates to go up quite a bit, going from a 2000 ford windstar to a 2012 toyota Rav4. I was excited when I found out that our rates only went up $2 a month and was told that our Rav4 will hold its value over the years if anything was to happen. We know our agents and have had the same ones over the last few years and I do not wish to go anywhere else. They have always been available when we needed them, even later in the evening.
