Second worst experience ever! I came from another agent…read morethat was very negligent and could not get my information not paperwork right. I came to Sarah in hopes of having a better agent, yet the WHOLE OFFICE failed me. When I switched over some how I did not get charged for the 1st month, the next bill was smaller, the 3rd month they said "Oops we haven't been charging you, you owe us 200+$$" So I found other insurance and canceled my renters and auto insurance. Fast forward to today, I get a call telling me I am over 300$ past due. Hello, I CANCELLED my policy! They asked when and I said idk you never gave me a date? Maybe you guys need to work on better communication in your inter office, maybe leave better notes for people to access and get your shit together! State farm has been nothing but a joke at any place I've dealt with but this is just an absolute joke!
