I have had no accidents before this claim but the company(ABRA) you used said the issue with the steering happened in a previous accident. 2. I was driving my car almost daily with no steering issues or ENGINE LIGHT issues before this claim. 3. My brother is a witness because I am driving him back and forth to work Monday through Friday. He states there were no issues with my car before the accident. 4. READ CAREFULLY! My engine light came on 2 miles after I picked up my car on 01/31/21 from ABRA who had finished the body repairs. ABRA stated that the steering issues happened in a previous accident yet there was no engine light before the claim on 01/06/21. This does not make sense to any reasonable person. Even a rookie auto mechanic could see this steering issue should be part of this claim. Now you want to charge me $2800 to fix my steering that should be on my claim!! Sandra L.
