Once you order, your beverage is ready pretty quickly. At 50% sweet, the slush is perfect and has lots of agar balls to chew, but not so much that there's not enough liquid. The interior is really nice but there's no air conditioning (or at least it's not on very high, so it can get a bit stuffy inside). Got their Green Grape Smash 25% sweet, with less ice. The drink was so good that I got the same exact drink my second time around. Although I got less ice, they still filled the drink up to the brim. I loved the tart flavor from the lime slices and sliced up green grapes. It was a perfect balance of sweet and sour even at 25% sweet. Their tea base is fantastic and the fact that they use jam to flavor the tea is also awesome. You can order via person but there's a kiosk available that I used both times which was the fastest way to order. Even though it was busy both visits, my drink came out very swiftly. Everyone here works fast and the drinks were on point with consistency both times which is also a plus! To be clear, these teas are good, but the forced extra toppings are only a distracting and negative experience for me. Though it is mainly a to-go/pickup product, the interior of the store is clean, large, with plenty of seating for chatting and lounging.
