Office is well furnished with comfortable seating, nice tv, and lots to read. When called you're led to a examination room there you wait to be seen. This is a short wait as well. I love coming to a Dr that sticks to your appointment time. He does plastic surgery, reconstructive surgery, cosmetic surgery, and hand surgery. So my fellow Yelpers if you ever need a great doctor for any of these things he's the man. He has a great bedside manner which is lost with many doctors.

Not a great experience! The end of January ( less than a…read moremonth ago) I went for botox on my scowl lines between my eye brows. I was told the office was out of Botox so they injected me with another " similar" product. I waited about a week, not seeing much improvement, I contacted their office: "You have to give it a couple of weeks" I was told. Then on, or about, the 3rd week I contacted the office again. I was given an appointment (follow-up) a few days later. When I presented myself, still during the 3rd week of my first visit. I was told that a different provider was scheduled so I had to pay for the treatment ( tweaking). And also, the front desk said, "I had waited too long " !! Bottom line, I didn't ask for a different provider, they scheduled it. And I didn't wait too long to contact them ( all happened within 30 days). And I had called their office at least 2 times regarding the lack of result. Yeah, I'm disappointed.
