I was just at the Jamba Juice on west side in Idaho Falls this past Monday around eight in the afternoon and the girl serving me had horrible customer service. when I came in I saw this particular employee on her phone and it seemed like she was prioritizing her phone more than myself as a customer. And if she wasn't behind the counter I would have never known that she worked there because she was in a crop top and sweatpants and didn't even have an apron or name tag on. She was extremely rude and seemed like I was a burden by just ordering. Again I didn't catch her name because she wasn't wearing a name tag, but she was tall and had short redish black hair and when her coworker was talking to her she said her name and it started with an E. safe to say I will not be going back to this location until employees like that are dealt with. read more

I love the fact that this store has a drive through. Due to Covid I've been trying to social distance while still supporting the businesses I enjoy frequenting. Drive throughs make it easier to do that. The last smoothie I had was the White Gummy. It was delicious! I got done with it and was sad because it was gone lol. Thankfully I can another anytime. I always add the multivitamin shot to my smoothie as I'm sure that I'm not always getting all the nutrients I need. I plan on continuing to try different smoothies but I'm definitely a big fan of the White Gummy. read more

order was supposed to be done at 12 waited an hour for it to even be done ask them about it they told us it would be a 5 to 10 minute wait didn't ask us our order name or check the freezer. asked again 45 minutes later they finally asked for a order name and check the freezer this time our order was sitting in there for an hour not on the pick up where it was supposed to be or didn't call it out once out of the hour I was waiting there. they were quite rude. read more

There aren't many smoothie places in Idaho Falls, so this is my usual stop. Unfortunately my experiences have been mixed and never particularly great. I've tried several smoothies, the cold brew, and savory pretzels. A few times the smoothie I ordered was well below the top of the cup, which isn't acceptable when paying $6. Recently the cold brew was served in a paper cup (for smoothies) instead of a plastic cup (for cold brew), which made me wonder if they were out of plastic cups or if they were trying to lessen the serving size. It should be noted that I always use the drive-thru service, but only maybe three of those times have the staff been friendly. Because of these meh experiences, they get 3 stars from me. read more

Rude staff, extremely unprofessional. The employees don't wash their hands, use bare hands to handle food, have milk spilled all over the back of house in a clearly visible spot for customers. Absolutely unacceptable, this location has always had rude staff and horrible service. Never had a good experience at the Utah location, spend your money somewhere else. read more

I found a friendly and very helpful staff at this JJ. I don't have one near me so I keep my eye open when I travel. I found this location convenient to many of Idaho Fall's hotels and worth a visit. They keep adding to the menu so your choices get tougher and tastier. I love JJ for the variety of fruit and veggie flavored; your options on how to mix them up and being able to have fresh carrot or orange as the drink or mixed in. JJ everywhere never disappoint and this location measures up. Check for "add-ins" and feel free to ask for suggestions. read more

TERRIBLE!! It has taken over 15 minutes to get one smoothie the last 4 times I have been there. I just sat in front of the drive thru window for ten minutes without anyone acknowledging I was there, so I left. Jamba Juice used to be my favorite morning treat but now it's just not worth it. read more

Employees were very unprofessional. Obviously trying to flirt but failing and splashing water on each other. Not appropriate when customers are waiting for their smoothies. Also my wife's smoothie wasn't blended and was mostly ice and the cup wasn't even full when we got it, which is silly considering the cost. #drivetoAmmon read more

This is the worst Jamba Juice I've ever been to. The service was terrible and the drinks took forever to be made. There were 4 employees working yet it took 15 minutes to get our drinks. There was only one other customer that came in after we did and she received her drink before we did. Would not recommend! read more
