Service is horrible here. First time coming n for an acai bowl and I ask a question, the girl at the cashier is looking clueless. After ordering she takes my name and I wait for my bowl ... I'm the only customer in the store at the time. I'm siting and waiting and rudely she says "your bowls been right there" Do they not tell the customer that the order is ready? BOGO free smoothies again..well..like 2 wks ago. chocolate moo'd + soy protein boost - thick and sweet. it's kinda like nesquik blended smoothie, but i'm sure it's a little better quality. dairy smoothies, i still prefer something with peanut butter. acai super antioxidant + fiber boost - i thought this was pre-boost? but they still offered another free boost. I have checked in to get a drink at this location a couple of times and i usually get the Strawberry or Razzmatazz with a energy boost and i get a cinnamon pretzel heated up to go with it sometimes if I'm in a hurry and want to make this my lunch. My first visit to this location. Ordered two large fresh-squeezed orange juices. I saw the girl place all of the oranges in the processor. Every orange was with the peel. Hmm, that seemed odd. The Jamba by me, cuts them in half, them squeezes them. It must be some special, high-tech machinery that is able to separate the peel from the tasty orange parts. Wow, that is amazing. I heard about that new technology. Maybe it is able to keep the nutrients of the whole orange while separating the bitter taste? Uhh.....No. Unfortunately, that technology is years away, as I could taste. I wanted fresh-sqeezed orange juice, not fresh-sqeezed oranges. Maybe I should have specified that. I've really never cared about Jamba Juice, I always thought it to be overrated. That, and I've never actively gone in there to buy something. Too damn expensive. So a co-worker was feeling the bug and decided to treat, fine by me. I ordered something called a "Pomegranate Paradise", with the immunity boost shot. Wow, they now nuke your juice with pills? Okay, grounded into powder pills. Same difference. Make it a shot of Vodka, and you have a deal kid. ;-) It was pretty tasty, I must say. It made my jaw click, because of the sugar. I just wanted to praise Candy and JJ. While at their store last week I witnessed, a man, who appeared to be homeless come in while I was waiting for my drinks. Candy didn't ask him to leave, instead she asked how she can help him. He requested ice water, Candy asked him what kind of cup he preferred and even went as far as setting up his straw as if he was a paying customer! My favorite Jamba Juice location! Fast service, fun and friendly staff. I only ever get one thing at Jamba and that's the Razzmatazz with soy protein boost. After a couple of weeks, the guy at the register surprised me by knowing what exactly I'll order plus my name. :) Just goes to show how many times I go here. And it's not just because this location is the most convenient to me. Tip, if they offer to give you your receipt, just do it. I love your establishments and all the deliciousness you have to offer!! My absolute fave is from the "secret menu" - strawberry shortcake. It's been my favorite for YEARS. So apparently this Jamba doesn't understand that juice doesn't mean blend. I ordered a tropical greens juice. They blended everything, including the whole apple. The blend wasn't even smooth. I've been coming to this Jamba Juice since they opened about nine years ago, and it continues to be one of my favorites. There's one down the street inside the Whole Foods Market, but you can't use your Jamba card or coupons there, and their menu seems to be a bit limited. At any rate, this Jamba is always jumpin' and today - a Saturday afternoon, about 90 or so degrees outside - was no exception. I had to yank a star simply because when this place gets crowded, there is absolutely no convenient place to stand once you've placed your order, and you're completely out of luck if you actually want to sit down and enjoy all that juicy deliciousness there. The wait was about 10-15 minutes long today - highly unusual, but then again there were about 27 people crammed in the tiny floor area there, many of them ordering 4 to 5 drinks at once. What can I say? I had a little time on my hands so I actually counted heads. What's worse is, as tight and as loud as that place gets, people still try to carry on cell phone conversations, which usually means some dork is standing behind you, yelling into his or her phone - and thus, your ear - while your eardrums are getting assaulted by all the simultaneous blending that's going on. Still, the staff was quite pleasant, and considering there were only three people actively making all those drinks for a bunch of hot, cranky people, they deserve some kudos. read more

I like this JJ. It's right by my old work & I would get a Subway sammich & stroll over here & get a small Jamba to go, then walk back to work. The staff here are a bunch of energetic kids, who are loud & sometimes really obnoxious, but, if I worked at a Jamba Juice when I was in high school, I'd have been the same way. read more

Story Time: Funny thing happened one time at Jamba Juice. I walk in with this college buddy of mine one afternoon to get some drink. The lady welcomes my buddy cheerfully with a smile, takes his order and pronounces to the heavens, "Hi! Fiber Boost as usual sir?!" Talk about embarrassing your customers hahahhaaha. He never heard the end of it. Smoothie Addiction: I use to be a Jamba Juice addict, downing the old school Pacific Passions and Razzmatazz (substitute bananas for more strawberries of course). I love juice but I've never been a fan of jamba since they only have smoothies. Now that they have fresh juice and it was on groupon, i said why not! I purchAsed 5 juices with a value up to $5.69 per drink. I just went in to use one of my groupons and I ordered the veggie harvest. I added a banana and he rung it up to $5.11. He then said i owe 50 cents... Well that doesnt make sense because My groupon said i could order a juice up to $5.69 and the manager wouldnt honor it. How sad Jamba Juice. I use their big mugs because I have a neuropathy in my hands, and their mug is not only insulated, the handle has enough room for your fingers without touching the mug wall. There is a snap-on lid, for travel. It's right next to the Ralph's, so it's convenient enough. The staff are young, cheerful and enthusiastic. They even help me choose a juice, since the menu is so long. Whenever I need another mug, I go back. After all, Jamba Juice is really yummy. read more

After weeks of craving Jamba Juice, I finally got it! Upon entering, I was promptly greeted by a nice girl behind the counter. She asked me & Pete to try their new juice line. I understand that while we are all dealing with the Covid pandemic and working hard to accommodate others for the sake of maintaining our societal comforts that have been ripped from beneath our feet so unexpectedly, I hesitate to leave negative reviews. With that being said, I'm annoyed at my experience with this particular location. I called ahead to place my order and asked if they offer curbside pickup. The female employee said, yes. She briefly suggested items from the menu that are child friendly. I picked one, and placed the order. She asked what kind of car I was in and said she would bring it right out. I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes {watching tons of other people get their order who were standing outside waiting} before I called again to check on my order. I called again. A guy answered. I told him I'd been sitting in my car for 20 minutes for my one drink order for my child. He asked what my order was and ensured he would be right out with it. I waited another 15 min. Then, I just left. I can't imagine what the problem was but I was absolutely patient and in no hurry. They didn't look like they were too busy to bring it out or there was a staff shortage. The guy who ended up helping us was great! He gave me his honest opinion of the newest drinks when I simply asked "what would you order?" Most Jamba Juice staffers are friendly. This one is no different... super friendly staff... nice and quick with the orders. I used to be a huge Jamba Juice guy but it starting eating up the wallet because 5 bucks is enough for a footlong at Subway! Great deal if they got the BOGO specials, but it also get's pretty packed too. The lunches and wraps are just ok, kinda small if you ask me. The off menu specials are usually the best. Mango and peach topper parfait wasn't what I expected and after trying it I'd never get it again. It's mango and peach flavored yogurt topped with granola and bananas. I thought it would be plain yogurt topped with mangoes, peaches and granola. The flavor of the yogurt was fine but the granola wasn't crunchy enough for my liking. But that's just my personal preference. I enjoyed the sausage and egg wrap. It's small though, about the size of my palm, so it won't fill you up if you're hungry but it's enough to satisfy your hungry. I still love all the smoothies though! My favorite is Matcha Green Tea, Orange Dream Machine and Caribbean Passion sub with pineapple sorbet instead of orange to make it more tropical. He tiniest Jamba Juice I've ever been in. No bathroom. I asked the guy taking my order if I could get the kids blueberry strawberry smoothie in a regular small size, he said no problem. When I got it, they had it in the regular kids size. It wasn't even blended all the way. Huge chunks. I asked Troix (who gave me my order about the small size, he responded that kids size only comes in kids size. My husband said his apples and greens came with huge chunks in it as well.
