I've had to deal with this company twice, neither by choice. First time was not as terrible as most recently. 1st time: car broke down and ordering the part to get it off the side of the road took more than the allowed 72 hours so highway patrol had it towed... bill was high but what can you do. Only bad here is how incredibly rude they were. 2nd time: I was in a motorcycle accident which required life flight, after telling the people on scene (was gone before troopers arrived from what I remember) not to tow my bike we have a trailer my wife or a friend can come get it, the troopers had them tow it. When I did get out of the hospital after surgeries and whatnot I didn't get the paper in the mail even telling me who had it for almost a week. Went to check on my bike to see if it was totaled or worth getting out. Was told $375 for the 6.1 mile tow, plus $30 a day so to get it that day was $705... this seemed higher than snoop dog at a willie Nelson concert to me so I called highway patrol to see 1. Why it was towed, and 2 how can they charge that much? Long story short the trooper called the tow company to see WTF and they changed their story picked up the next day for $500 because they "accidentally were overcharging $200" by adding fees they legally couldn't. Well once again they were RUDE as can be on top of being mad they got caught overcharging, their hours online showed that 5:00 is closing time so we made it by 4:30 only to be scolded that the website is wrong they close at 4! But whatever we will let you pay us! Get your bike! To add to all of this they had my bike which was surprisingly well off considering the accident in a goat and donkey pasture where the animals are free to chew on your vehicle and lean and scratch on them... I would give negative stars if I could JUST based on how incredibly rude they are even if you just call to ask a question. If you see them coming for your vehicle I suggest you refuse their service and definitely DO NOT call them as your choice. read more
