It seemed at the closing, he was not even familiar with the numbers on the closing documents. This leads me to believe that he gives the work to the paralegals and he sees the paperwork for the first time at the closing. Finally I noticed that he asked for a Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loans from the government, $150,000 - $350,000. How unethical. Legal firms were essential businesses that were always open for business.
