When I contacted them letting them know that I need their signature on the correct form, they told me that I would have to re-pay the $65.00 fee. I am a single mom and tried asking for a discounted rate since it did not need to be notarized and services were already perfomed and was told too bad they won't do anything I have to re-pay the fee.
