Well, I didn't have a cardiologist, so a friend recommended Dr. Arab- and thankfully they got me in a few days later and he gave me the all clear to have surgery. I came back a few weeks later to have my A-Fib looked at and the entire staff have been incredible throughout this journey. Every staff member I meet, every doctor I see, has been friendly, helpful and knowledgable and have helped my immensely. Even though they are an hour drive away from my home, it is worth the trek- plus I get to stop by Buc-ees every time! I cannot recommend this clinic enough!

I understood that there are specific policies and procedures that UoF has to take and implement. There are policies and procedures that almost all companies must take. However, I did not appreciate their lack of concern and urgency. Along with that, I did not appreciate that the front desk/nurse kept repeating the policies and procedures, which felt like I was being talked down upon for not "understanding". This lack of basic human empathy and concern is disgusting and clearly should not be represented in a space that is meant for people to come to for help.

He was so impressed with her knowledge and compassion that he asked her to become his physician. Dr. Lopez agreed to being my cardiologist a few years ago and now we both see her every 6 months . She reviews our lab results and is so thorough explaining every single detail in layman's terms. Dr. Lopez actually prescribes most of my husband's prescriptions and is accepted by his primary doctor at the VA. Dr. Lopez is very personable and highly knowledgeable as well as a good person.

I called and somehow managed to get an appointment a few days later. They realized the gravity of my condition and got me in. The intake process was quick; I did most of the paperwork online prior to my visit. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly staff, and after a short wait, my name was called and I was brought back. Everybody I met was kind and friendly and concerned. The entire visit was easy and thorough, and pretty fast, but not rushed. Dr. Arab came i and took time to speak to me about my condition. I felt he genuinely cared, and again, I managed to get an appointment a few days later. They feel he was rushed- a rarity in this day and age of too many patients and not enough doctors. I have been back for a follow-up since my first visit, and it was just as wonderful. I can highly recommend this office!

Today was an MRI of both my knees after an injury. I arrived early and checked in. Within five minutes I was called to the registration area and since I had answered all the questions online before my visit I was done within about five more minutes. I was then taken back into the MRI area within about 10 minutes and had the MRIs done. The text there were great and explained everything as we moved along. I was done and out before my actual scheduled appointment time. I also had a report in my email within three hours of leaving. WOW
