They said these have been forming since I didn't do well at taking care of my teeth (3-4 years ago) and now I have to deal with the fact that I need to constantly watch out for my teeth, and I have to get 2 cavities filled. They never once brought up these spots to me, and now my permanent teeth that I will have for the rest of my life are damaged. This place is terrible, would not recommend. The staff is nice, but they need to do better at actually telling their patients when they have cavities that are forming or current cavities. Please do not go here.

I have been a patient of Dr. Schreiner for years (15 at least) and when he moved to the new building I followed him. This new location has several dentists practicing in it so if you prefer a dentist make sure you request your appointment to be with them. But it's also convenient because if you need to be seen soon you could easily see another dentist. Dr Schreiner has taken care of all of my families dental needs since I moved to the Cedar Valley. He and his staff is personable and take very good care us. I've recommended several coworkers to his practice and they are always pleased.

They did not accept title 19 insurance so my first exam was free, however devasted when I left thinking of over 3000 in dental bills when they clearly could have told me over the phone they were unable to fix a tooth on a denture and that the whole denture had to be replaced. So upset and was told about Crossroads dental. AMAZING people, everyone has been so friendly and in fact was told I just needed one cavity filled and NO CROWNS. They accepted Delta dental through title 19 and were able to get me a new denture at no cost to me! Very prompt about appointments (not having to wait months to be seen). Staff and dentist made me feel very comfortable and will be seeking care with them further!

I gave him ONE last shot by calling when my teeth where in major pain, his suggestion, knowing my allergies to NSAIDS for years now; take Tylenol/NSAID, as you can alternate since they work differently. I KNOW that, I have a LOT of medical knowledge growing up with a PA, nurses, etc...I also was a tech, trained med coder, UC & have had near 10 surgeries, so I do know quite a bit. I don't know what's happened to Drs in the CV with this, stick up their butt syndrome/less intelligent issue! Maybe it's something in the water or what someone else said, the Covid Vaccine made people dumb down & loose the ability to think correctly. ‍ the person who said it may be the vaccine said she no longer is as sharp after having one. My husband sees Dr. Squires and I see Dr. Bohr. We always ask for Emily as our dental hygienist and have been very pleased with the care we receive at Southridge Dental. His 'expert' recommendation was for composite veneer work. If I knew then what I know now I never would have let him near me. For the 3rd time (2nd time on the same spot) Vandello's shoddy dentistry work has broken. My front tooth that was broken and then fixed by a real dentist back in 2010 has broken for a second time. That composite veneer work lasted for over 8 years. 8 years of eating, drinking, and having a wonderful time. Dr. Michael Vandello took what was a solid structure and hobbled it with his lack of skill, or maybe it was his lack of care for the health of my teeth. Before the work was done, I was not told that the teeth would be "softer." I was not told that I would need to move to a "fork diet," meaning no sandwiches, pizza, or the like unless it was cut up and served on a fork. None of this was said AT ALL. That is until Vandello's shoddy construction began to crumble. Then all the warnings spewed forth. AFTER THE FACT THAT HE HAD SHAVED MY TEETH DOWN AND DONE SUCH A POOR JOB! I had composite veneer work done to 3 teeth. They now ache on occasion and two broke within a week of his work and I had to go back to get them fixed. I was given no info prior to the work what was actually being done, or the significant risk of them breaking. Now, while I am out of town for the week, Dr. Vandello's shoddy work has broken again. This time whilst drinking a Coke Zero from a plastic bottle. This man has ruined the health and structure of three of my teeth. Do not trust him with your teeth! I am hopeful that some dental solution can be found, but that doesn't negate the fact that I will have to walk around and show off my broken smile as I meet new colleagues. I am just at a loss of words for how low I feel right now. Having a nice smile is important to me and having this broken jagged front tooth is something everyone will remember after they meet me or see me open my mouth. I received HORRIBLE care from Dr. Vandello. I will never be going back and intend to share my terrible experience with anyone and everyone who will read/listen. I'll be looking into what can be done about this breach of trust, and more importantly the blatant disregard Vandello has for the health of my smile.

The care was very forceful, and my mouth was even bleeding a little afterward. She kept telling me to open my mouth bigger every couple of minutes when I physically couldn't. She also embarrassed me in front of my parent, and my parent had to step in. She claimed I wasn't brushing my teeth at all, even though I brush every day and my parents have seen me do it. While waiting, I also heard one of the dental receptionists yelling at someone over the phone. They recommended multiple orthodontists and told us they accepted our insurance, but none of them actually did. I've also been waiting about 6 months for a filling. They said they had a waitlist and would call us after about 3 months, but they never did. I would not recommend this place.
