Fred set us up for same day service. I had so much anxiety being responsible for tenants with NO water. Dillon came with another tech. Quick to confirm pump was out. Replaced that, wiring to the pump, inside switch and water bladder going bad. Explained everything along the way. Took away items they replaced and got the water going. What a load off my shoulders. I moved from the City to the country to a home with well water about 3 years ago. Two days ago my…read morewell water pump lost its prime and ran dry for about 30 minutes before I discovered the issue. It was toast. I had no idea how to replace it and didn't know if any other components were failing or damaged as well. Having no experience with these components I reluctantly called the professionals in to handle the repair. I was very nervous about who to call, I was afraid of being ripped off. I have to say that this company was amazing. They explained the situation to me, tested the other components, didn't replace unnecessary parts to increase the repair bill and they had my water restored the same day and I have a five year warranty on my new pump. That gives me peace of mind that even if there is a problem, it will be covered and I can't say enough good things about the guys who came to do the repair. Friendly, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them if you ever find yourself in need of well water component repairs or replacement.
