I have also filed a claim with the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning regarding this situation. If you're okay with being lied to, paying money for your child to be repeatedly hurt, and not even receiving a call from the owner to pretend she cares, this is the school for you.

My child was potty trained, but once this teacher began teaching, he started to regress. Additionally, he was assaulted twice consecutively by the same student. I brought up my concerns due to fear my child would get hurt again. I had the options of taking my child away from this class or roll the dice and see if he gets hurt again. Nothing was done for the offending parent. I read the previous review on yelp before I chose this school and thought nah no way, this is a church they must be good and honest people. They are NOT. I affirm this place isn't great. If you really have to, then maybe go here. Otherwise, if you can save more for another place, in the long run, don't go here. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly via email, and have received no response, which is extremely concerning from a business that was previously very responsive during enrollment. While their program seemed positive initially, the billing practices and lack of communication have been unacceptable. Families should be very cautious and ensure they fully understand (and document) any cancellation terms in writing. I am still seeking a resolution and refund for the unauthorized charges.
