The staff is busy and cannot be bothered to help or suggest a product. All I've seen them to do is enter bunch of codes in the computer bases. Can't blame them though, working there must be even bigger nightmare than trying to shop there. Only few select products that are on a promotion have a test base. Want to try out the headphones? Tough luck, unless you're super lucky all 3 of these are true: they are not completely demolished, they are part of the special promotion, they are not locked to the base with zip ties. To sumarize: terrible in every possible aspect.

Toshiba laptop charger burned out; tried 3 stores including the Toshiba dealer to get a suitable…read morereplacement; none were able to accommodate my laptop because they did not carry chargers that could handle the amperes which my battery required; one of the stores suggested I try the Guild; went the next day and was able to buy the appropriate charger with no issues. Very accommodating & reasonably priced; was surprised at how many computer outlets there were in the location; some also service cell phones as well; excellent outlet for computer/cell phone needs.

There are many beautiful coffee mugs and lots of lovely kitchen items, of which I would have loved to buy all the ones in red. The people working there were rather perfunctory, but the selection was really terrific.
