Jane really is as good as it gets. I was referred to her as a first time home buyer back in 2009 when the market was at a low point and almost everything in my price point was a foreclosure and a short sale. She found so many properties for me to look at, chauffeured me around town, did all of the paperwork for my offers, etc. She made it incredibly simple for me since I had no experience. We ended up going into escrow almost six months after making an offer and closing within 30 days. She's was always on top of the paperwork, making sure I had everything in order to meet the 30 day escrow deadline. When I finally got my keys, there was a bottle of champagne and two flutes waiting for me with a sweet congratulatory note from Jane. I lived in that condo for five years and rented it out for three, and when it came time to sell it, I reached back out to Jane to help me with my first time home selling experience. Once again, she made it incredibly simple for me, making sure all of the inspections and paperwork were done before listing it, working directly with my current tenant to schedule showings and open houses (which she did every weekend until it sold). We listed the property in September and closed escrow in December at my asking price. Jane took care of EVERYTHING. I only had to spend a couple of moments a few days a week signing documents via DocuSign. Anytime I had a question, she had an answer, and if she didn't know it off the top of her head, she got back to me within 24 hours. This is a few months late (only because we've had such a wonderful time settling into our new house and making friends with lovely families in the neighborhood) but Jane deserves a great review! Long story short: We wanted to move into a bigger home, out of the city of San Diego, as we are new parents and envisioned a different environment for our little one.
