Karen Dorn, one of their associates made numerous mistakes like: -Countering an offer without the buyers consent -Forcing you to accept terms without explaining the pros and cons of the contract -Not getting all necessary materials before inspection like the remote control for the gate -Favoring the agents seller over you (we're the buyer) that things are simply standard with statements like "that's just the way it is" -Allowing the power to be off 5 days after closing. -Lack of ability of communicating with lenders and writing a contract (we revised ours 4 times due to misspelled names and biased terms. The result of Karen Dorn's inept ability to represent us ended up costing us $$$$ like broken gate, damaging our workers pickup truck. Luckily, the sellers agent from Keller Williams took the responsibility of settling by paying our insurance coverages deductible. Keller Williams also contacted HK Lane Real Estate to split it. But they said that HK Lane Real Estate simply dropped the ball and don't want to communicate any further, As for Karen Dorn's last words after getting her commission are below: "Read your contract! You cannot sue me or arbitrate" So we simply got screwed. But that's ok... because our story will be told - Everywhere! Karen Dorn and HK Lane Real Estate failed us.
