Lamps ordered arrived within2 days really well packed. Great! But I made an error ordering wrong ones. I can't believe I did that! With anticipation of a hussle I opened THL Solution website, to discover, that link for returns is right by my order. It was approved and lamps were on their way next day. I had a speciffic request and called them to find most forecoming and responsive people taking care. They're almost literally were going that extra mile to make my experience with them special (checking if other lamps will really fit by measuring them while on the phone). Our door handle/lock stopped working yesterday and he quickly replied to our request for a free quote. He replaced the whole door locking mechanism for us today and we found him to be communicative, courteous, polite and tidy. The cost of this repair was considerably less than a new door and also less than we paid for similar work carried out by another locksmith over 3 years ago!
