While at home this morning I was disturbed by a lot of shouting in the street. When I looked…read moreoutside to see what the commotion was, I saw the operator of one of this company's trucks standing on the ramp, yelling at an elderly (70+ year old) neighbour. Apparently she done nothing more than ask the operator to turn off the engine as it had been idling for a while. Speaking to the neighbour afterward, she thought the operator was going to hit her and felt very threatened when he approached her. They may be a great moving company (who knows) but their treatment of a local senior was beyond reproach! My advice, avoid this company at all cost!

The driver began to threaten me and verbally assault me with profanities and call me on to fight. Being a 30 year old female I didnt think fighting 2 male movers would be appropriate oh yeah and I am an adult. Between each trip lots of time was spent in the truck and by hour 5 I finally walked out to see the 2 guys just in there hanging out essentially taking their time. Began moving things in from the truck myself so it wouldn't cost me a small fortune and this entire thing was prefaced that I should tip them after they were finished. labled boxes were put in the wrong rooms just a lack professionalism all in all. They were careful moving large items and did so skillfully but next time id recommend movers who are trying to get the job done efficiently.
