Sold us a battery that they got from auto parts store uptown, the initial cost of battery was 274.00 kansasland charged us 500.00 plus 127.00 for parts and labor adding up 627.00 roughly. We questioned them about it, they said it was a special kind of battery at first which it wasn't, then they said it was a glitch in computer and they have no way of controlling computer when it does that. We asked for a refund, they ended up giving us 224.00 back. This is considered price gouging, people on S.S can't afford prices such as these. The staff were so polite and helpful, which made a stressful situation better. They have loaner tools, which was such a relief since I don't carry tools in my car.
