Fine, I understand that rates can be confidential and can vary based on what the project entails. This was my first time calling the office and I had high hopes from reading the reviews. On their website it states they specialize with business laws so I thought they would be a great fit. I got a call the following day from the same woman, she stated their attorney spoke to me a few months ago and said they could not assist me. I told her this was my first time calling since I just started this new business idea last week. I told her it was strange, because I had never called before and she rudely told me "yes you did, I have all your information in the system from last time, good luck with your search". That was very rude of her and that is not how you treat interested clients. I understand that if the attorney is unable to help, that's totally okay! But her customer service was terrible and that was what made me write this review. I kindly asked if she would recommend anyone in the area and she said "no". A flat out "no".
