This is the first negative review I've even taken the time to write (and hopefully the last), but…read morefeel it's a must. We always do business locally, even if it costs more. We chose to purchase 36 evergreens from Ed Bulfer. We paid for him to plant them as well because that came with a one year warranty. We are simple farmers. A handshake is all we need to confirm a warranty. 8 months later, 18 of the evergreens died. We called immediately and Ed informed us he didn't have any available because he had "drift" from his own spraying on his tree farm. We were instructed to call back in the fall. We did. He continued to push us back with excuses until we were outside our warranty date and then told us he didn't remember any of our previous calls. When we called this fall, offering to pick up and plant the trees ourselves, Ed was extremely aggressive, using profanity. Clearly, our evergreens are not getting replaced and it's not worth a battle. Our purpose is to inform future customers what kind of individual you are dealing with. Pay more and go with a friendlier and more reliable nursery in town.

DON'T EVER TRUST THIS BUSINESS! I knew nothing about them & called them totally based on reviews. I…read morecalled for an oil change & flat tires on my mower. He showed up late & assessed my mower in my driveway. Said innertubes need replaced, blades replaced, along with oil change & promised mower returned in 1week. 3 weeks & several DODGED CALLS later I used another number & miraculously my call was answered. The blades apparently never came in, he hadn't changed the oil. I canceled the new blades, again asked for the oil change & tire service & get it returned, & by then. I asked not too nicely after the runaround. After full Karen, they delivered the mower with an air filter he told me I "didn't need replaced," an oil change, & sharpened blades instead of replacement which I hadn't asked for. He also delivered it WITHOUT innertubes changed. After 3 wks they managed to do ONE of the TWO things I originally asked for. He now refuses to pick up the mower & fix what he FAILED to do & it's become "my fault" the innertubes weren't changed because I demanded my mower back when his 1 week job turned into 3 wks with nothing done. He also tried insisting on another form of payment (check instead of credit card over phone). EVERYTHING seemed very sketchy & I was given endless excuses. I now must find a DEPENDABLE company to do what they FAILED to do & pay additional pick up & delivery fees because they didn't do their job.
