This occurred on a flight from Santa Ana to Chicago O'Hare on May 12. Please take this seriously. Passengers of all backgrounds deserve to be treated fairly, equally, and with respect. I offered to let it go if they would just provide us with a meal since the flight had become horrendously long, but she kept insisting that she would absolutely not compensate us anything. To make matters even worse, she told me my only options were to just accept it or get a refund, and that I only have 24 hours from the time of my phone call before the refund offer would be rescinded. Absolutely unbelievable service. This will be my first and last time flying with them, and if I can find a similar or better flight within the next 24 hours, I will definitely be getting that refund.
