After the duration of the waiting time, I had called spin ink to get an update on my order, and the rep had no clue who I was. He had simply forgotten about my order and the BS excuse he had was that he was busy with other orders. Jon was terribly rude on the phone, I'm not sure why he is in a business where customer service is key.
