Bug found in my food.

I was looking forward to a brewery experience in Queretaro. Drinks were fine, but the food and service were severely deficient. Halfway through eating the Carne en su Jugo dish, I found a bug in my food. I called the waiter, but he did not offer a remedy. He said that the bug probably fell off the tree. I asked him to speak to his manager to see what remedy they could offer. We waited at least half an hour. I'm not sure if the waiter even went to the manager. Waiter said that bugs fall from trees and there was nothing he could do. I was not satisfied with the lack of response and the dismissive attitude of the waiter. On top of that, I left hungry because they did not offer to change my meal and they did not discount the price of the meal. I do not recommend this place.

Came to this place twice during my vacation to Querétaro, it's a great place former textile factory and has an original look. Beers are amazing made in-house and excellent food options. We had pizza the first time and tried a few beers including the sampler. Second time we had the Chamorro enough for 3-4 people and of course many different beers. Love this place.

This place is awesome. It used to be an old textile factory and many of the relics and machinery are still on view. The best ceviche tostados. Tuna was freaking amazing. Shrimp fantastic The best beer The best atmosphere Had a great day touring Querétaro and especially admired the aqueduct with 74 arches

This place was a great experience! The beer was fantastic and the food was good. We have a couple different styles of pizza and also some ceviche with tuna. The atmosphere in here is amazing. I was shocked that they turned an old factory into a brewery. I'll definitely recommend this place to others and also will be back on a next visit for sure. If you're in Querétaro, I highly recommend checking this place out if you enjoy beers.

A must visit for any beer drinker in Queretaro. German beer garden atmosphere upgraded by Mexican hospitality. And the beer... Outstanding. Mexico is not known for beer, but Hercules is working on changing that. Great IPAs, APAs, pilsners lagers and more. Their bourbon barrel stout rivals Dragon's Milk, and you can't get any better than that. Plus, the staff is super friendly. Cheers!

It's more a 3 1/2 -4 Very cool place on an old brewery factory. Would never make in the USA due to ADA rules ..rsrs Nonetheless a place to spend a nice evening on people watch and cold beer including a scenic view of the famous beer maker location. Safe and good staff. Food is not the best but acceptable. Go for the pizza....

If you are an appreciator of glass mugs and artisanal beers, you might have already heard of cervecería Hércules, the mighty brewery from Querétaro that is starting to make its presence felt in the country through its quality beers. What you might not have heard of yet is the beer garden of Herculean proportions located within the brewery's enormous facilities, known as the Hércules Jardín de Cerveza. To get here, you must actually take a trip to la colonia Hércules, and then realize that this is the reason for the brewery's name. Look for the huge hacienda that used to be Hércules' textile factory, which houses the brewery and beer garden, along with many other businesses trying to stake their claim. The gorgeous and gargantuan facility houses many historic relics of an older Querétaro, most of them belonging to the part of the factory that still operates while the rest serves as decor. The exposed brick and raw concrete, witnesses of time, adorn the sizable patio. There is also plenty of seating but you may find that it quickly becomes scarce because of all the thirsty patrons looking to imbibe. The lineup of beers includes a couple of IPAs, an English Pale Ale, a Czech Pilsner, and a Black Lager, all of which make for a merrier time. It all comes down to personal taste, but each one has their own tasty features. My favorites are the Pale Ale, caramelly and sweet, and the Black Lager, bitter and almost nutty. While the menus is more snacks than actual entrees, the potatoes and bratwurst are great supporting actors in this cast of heros. I can imagine many a merry moment in this vast space, filled with comedic drunks and educated drinkers alike, beers and food on every table, much like the bacchanal parties of old. Hopefully, no such immorality will occur here, but do take pleasure in this beer-centered paradise. Cheers!

One of the coolest spots in Querétaro! If you're looking for good beer/food/atmosphere - this is your place! It's somewhere between the breweries like Rhinegeist/Seventh Son/Land Grant in Ohio. I tried the Jamaica Saison at Planta Alta upstairs and it was fantastic - well balanced, a little hint of fruity, but not too sweet. Once we moved down to the beirgarten, I stuck with Terricola which was also delicious. A pepperoni pizza was plenty big for two and had generous amounts of cheese. I would like to try more of the menu upstairs at Planta Alta next time!

Amazing flight & munchies
