I normally shop at a different dispensary but stopped here for some cannabis on the way out of town. I'm glad I stopped. The store was very clean and the employees were all very friendly. Worst dispensary in AZ. Avoid this place unless the real dispensaries are closed. That's the ONLY thing this place has going for it is that it's open if you mess up and can't make it to a real place on time. The online rarely works, the place is filled with trashy people all the time. Their stock on good products is abysmal, but they have plenty of their garbage house brand. The budtenders are more interested in chatting than working, and they refuse to honor deals that the vendors themselves want. Just an absolutely horrible place. read more

Budtenders are nice but between the cramped congested tiny parking lot and their lacking selection I've started shopping at curaleaf, and other further away locations of jars. I've been here hundreds of times. I was turned down tonight at midnight 4/26/26 by the bodyguard and the middle aged male worker with glasses because "we don't accept drivers permits" which doesn't make sense I've been here with my permit plenty and I mean plenty of times. Now suddenly you don't take permits and only drivers licenses and passports according to the man that turned me away? I have a disability that's prevented me from driving on my own safely so I usually renew my permit yearly for identification reasons. And jars has taken it every single time no problem except for tonight. They also told me it was expired even though it expires in 2027. The staff are amazing. The last 3 purchase of OZ pre- rolls 14g 2/$50 Purple Starfruit, Pomegranate, and Kingman Kush are all horrible. Could not hit in a bong, pipe, or any form. Powder consistency. We love Jars but that is a lot of product unable to smoke. It has been alarming since Jars is my only place. The vendor should know. I wish I would have purchased something else. read more

I have been to this location a few times and usually the customer service is good, but today was the worst experience I have had at any dispensary. I had a confirmation email for both submitting the order and an email itself saying my order is ready. I showed the lady at the door both emails AND the text message that said my order was ready and she refused to let me in and I physically showed her the phone. She was very rude about the whole thing and demanded I wait in line outside the building because I didn't have an order even though I did, but I couldn't because I had a personal matter to attend to. Like I said I have been here and it's been good, but it's so frustrating I had everything I needed to get in and waited my turn among the group of people there just to be treated like that and her not able to understand the information HER COMPANY sends is embarrassing. MY EMAIL LITERALLY SAID IT IS READY AND I SHOWED HER MY PHONE WITH EMAIL. Prices are good but man that customer service experience was disheartening read more

I drove all the way to EL Mirage (Tue eve)because this place JARS says online they are OPEN until 11:45pm. I got there at 10:30p and they were CLOSED!!! WHY DONT YOU JUST CHANGE YOUR HOURS ONLINE!!! Some workers were actually exiting the place as me and another car that pulled up sat in the parking lot in bewilderment on why they are closed when the hours say open. The works were nice and said they have tried to tell the owner but NOTHING a has been done. So many people show up and it's closed. To make matters worst I wasn't the only one another car pulled up next to me and we were just dumb founded. As the place was CLOSED whe. It says Open...This makes NO sense. Simply just changing the operating hours online would save us all the headache. Everyone isn't RICH like you Mr/Ms owner have some compassion and care about our time and the hard earned money we work hard for. We are trying to share our hard earned money with your company. Rotten egg smell and taste I really don't recommend this place anymore. I just moved to Surprise less than a year ago and I thought Jars was going to be my dispensary, but it's not anymore. Not because my pen smelled and tasted like rotten eggs, but because I tried to exchange it for a different brand. I was told that I can only exchange it for another Stiiizy, but why would I ever be okay with doing that? I don't trust that their products are safe, and I have an autoimmune disorder so if I get sick that could spell very, very serious health consequences for me. I was told that because the battery itself is fine, they can't refund or let me get a different brand. But I guess rancid oil is fine right? The employee tried to tell me that it was just an issue of my flavor preference, which is funny because even as I told him that I've used the same exact flavor from the same exact brand 3 times, he stuck to his story. A flavor preference!! Of course nobody wants to taste rotten eggs. I even told him that it was making myself and others gag, nope. Gotta get a stiiizy. I was prepared to pay for a different, better brand. I wanted to go back to Timeless Vapes, but nope, battery is fine, so it's okay to make customers feel sick. Even the high from the pen feels waaaay off. I reached out to Stiiizy, hopefully they're of some help. Jars certainly wasn't helpful at all, and unless it's for a refund on my rotting pen, I won't be returning. read more

I have been a loyal customer for 4+ years. I made an online order and went in to pick it up, when I got there the express line had 6 people in it so I waited for about 10-15 minutes and when it got to my turn the guy goes "your order isn't ready, you're gonna have to wait in the other line now or come back when you get a confirmation number." There was only one person in line behind me that just showed up. They could have grabbed the two items and been on my way. I said I've never had this problem before and I come here VERY often. Didn't even think twice. I placed the order an hour in advance. This location lost a loyal customer today. Laziness is taking over the world! Shame on you. read more
