At the outset I was pleased, but since the gloves are now off, here goes. The window installers were awesome...they completed their work and did a very nice job and I'm happy with these. Now on to the doors. After removing my old slider it was revealed that shoddy electrical work around it needed reworked immediately. I called my electrician and he came right over. Meanwhile, the installers criticized him "being in their way and taking too long"! Eventually they finished up and this, too, was done well and looks very nice. To the front door....it has been a problem for me since day one! The project manager has been here 4-5 times making adjustments. Still isn't right. I keep hearing (and so does my dog) a banging noise from this door several times a day, I was told to try this, try this, try that...to no avail. At one point, I was told it was a "all in my head" situation. I even called the company who made the door. The person told me they never had a complaint, so I guess it's just me! I've asked for the owner to contact me to discuss the matter, and almost a month later.....CRICKETS! I even sent my neighbors to this company and never got a "thank you" or acknowledgement from the company. They're like locusts....take your money and move on!
