Excellent Service! My sprinklers were down and out, but Jasdeep got them up and running! Apparently, I had some bigger issues than a leaking pipe, and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my sprinklers working again! (even within the wet weather we've been having) I don't know the going rate for what he did, but for the overall professional service, I thought it was extremely fair. We found Jasdeep on Yelp and appreciate the good reviews. Let me tell you about the experience: We had an artificial turf installed and the instal crew capped the old sprinkler line. A few hours later I walked out to admire my new lawn to step into a 1' deep pond. The pipe cap had failed. We tried to shut down the irrigation line but the valve was not working properly, owing to being a decade old. We started looking for a landscape irrigation specialist. It was a Sunday and, as fate would have it, Jasdeep was the only one we could find open to help. He answered on the first ring and, even though he was minutes from closing, said he would be right there. He arrived within 15 minutes, and fixed the pipe. He also identified the failed value and was able to fix that too. To boot, he is just a nice guy! He's personable, instantly likable, and easy to deal with. It felt a lot more like having a pal come over than the business-like formality of hiring a contractor. He was easy to communicate with via phone, timely, and true to estimate even offering to come back and help with anything else if it came up. He warranty's his work and backs it with his word. I walked out my front door just after 4pm today and the flower bed running along the front of my house was flooded and running down my drive way. I quickly found that one of the sprinkler mains had gone bad and there was no shut off valve isolated just for my sprinkler system. I had to shut off the water to my house and quickly started calling the contractors provided by Yelp one by one. After about an hour I got to Jasdeep and without any hesitation he said he could be at my house in an hour. He showed up, fixed the problem and at a very fair price considering it was an emergency call. Despite being after 6pm on a Friday, he was very pleasant, personable, and chatted with me during the entire repair. I manage a call center and wish I could find people with the same work ethic and personalization that Jasdeep had during the entire duration of our interaction. He was informative, honest, a pleasure to deal with and saved us from what could have been a weekend with the water to the house being shut off. He will definitely be my go to person for all my landscaping and irrigation needs not to mention I will be referring him to anyone I know that needs work done. Had him for a while do some work, not too expensive and the work was okay I guess but then one day he just disappeared and property got fined by city of Riverside for being overgrown. It's probably worth it to pay for higher quality. read more

I felt like he wasted my time and was not paying attention to the conversations we were having. Two times he bailed on appointments that were set up because he said either he or his worker were sick. I can understand that as people get sick, but why not call me as soon as you know so I'm not waiting around and can make plans with my day. He also doesn't keep notes or remember what he agreed to, then on the day of the work he said he can't do it for the price he agreed to and then left. He wasted my time as I had the same price with someone else that I said no to, to give home the business. I gave him two stars because he apologized in the end, though it didn't feel genuine to me. read more

I was excited that Jasdeep got back to me the same day. And was able to come give me a quote. However, He did not wear a mask and his prices were extremely high. For just a clean up of weeds in my front yard he wanted $800. The work would normally have taken me 5 hours to complete, which would equate to $160 an hour for him to complete. read more
