No but really he was very nice. He explained everything to me so I could understand it clearly and had a whole packet put together for me with all the info I needed. He also helped me get an account through the Mobil app. I definitely went in there confused and came out a lot more confident about my insurance. Nobody was asking to look into a live file. I was trying to pay off what was left on a closed one, and I asked what the number was made of before I paid it. A written release was offered. The answer stayed the same -- a phone call first. I asked three times which rule required the call and never got an answer to that question. No records were provided. The letter we received said one amount. The claim filed shortly afterward said another. Neither came with an itemization, and there still isn't one. That's the entire thing I was asking for, and it's the one thing that never arrived.
