My sweetheart decided to send flowers for my birthday and on the note (which are usually typed) came out like this (view picture). Not legible or professional for the price she paid. I was sent a floral arrangement from this business today. The flowers are bent as the highlight Lilly petals are bruised. The arrangement was not arranged at all. The water was muggy. I have not received an arrangement like this before. Also it was supposed to be delivered before Noon today. It was delivered at 2:09pm. I called to discuss but I am getting voicemail message box instead. Smh. the store is how closed without a response from the owner nor management. I was given the photo of what was ordered as it should have obtained at least 4 lilies yet only had one very bruised Lilly. The second Lilly was not opened yet at all. The arrangement should have been more filled, vase taped at the opening to secure. I am disappointed in their services. I will reach out again. read more

If I could give a place 0 stars... My wife ordered an arrangement as a surprise for a special occasion. Several things went wrong: -the flowers were delivered past the time that she requested (HOURS after!) so we were not home when they came -the driver called and left a message asking to call him when I received the flowers...meaning he LEFT THEM ON MY DOORSTEP in the Texas heat!! UGH... -when we arrived home from a doctor's appointment an hour later, the arrangement was at the door with about an inch and a half of water. Not nearly enough for fresh cut flowers to survive. -the quality of the flowers and design of the arrangement was piss poor to say the least. I work with flowers sometimes and know a little. Not an expert, but I can tell when flowers are about to die!! -what she paid for them...I should have received THREE shitty arrangements!! When I called the florist, a woman named Donna (possibly spelled differently) could care less about my issues. She said that she would find out what happened from the driver and designer and "call me back." I'm not expecting a call, nor am I expecting her to actually DO anything about my amateur arrangement. She didn't even offer an apology, only a refund and the driver would come and pick up the flowers. Poor customer service to say the least. :-/ read more

Jasmine Gardens delivered flowers to me on Tuesday for my Mother's passing. They had my phone number but did not call ahead to make sure someone would be home. They left the flowers on the front porch on a 105 degree day in Texas. When I arrived home at 9 pm the flowers were very wilted. I called their place of business to request a replacement and they told me that their driver lied and told them that the flowers were delivered to me. They said they would get back to me. It has been two days and no word from them. I would definitely not recommend their business to anyone. They do not stand by their work read more

My boyfriend ordered my prom corsage in a style that they've already made (5 roses) for the same price that we payed for ours and they gave us the poorest quality(3 wilting roses), the buttoniere was fine but the corsage was all around terrible. I messaged them but they were unreasonable and tried a lot of excuses that I knew weren't true as you can see from the texts we exchanged. I ended up fixing my corsage and had a better product than what they, A FLORAL STORE, had given me. They didn't deliver what was promised and if the being unclear on amount of roses that we wanted was an issue, my boyfriend sent a picture and said that the only difference should be the shade of pink. They could've explained that it would've been a higher price instead of not speaking anything of it, making me have to basically make my corsage myself last minute. Received Mother's Day flowers from my children. Address with apt number & phone number were all on label. (1) Flowers were in glass container, which should have also been placed in a cardboard container for delivery. It would have been very easy to drop the glass container as I walked with it. (2) The flowers were left outside of the close office door in the main building, instead of being delivered to my unit. Neighbors who saw flowers at office door called me to come and get them. read more

The flowers in the arrangement that arrived today were fresh and and pretty with the exception that one of the white lilies had 4 of the petals broken off and very prominently showed to be only half of a flower. The arrangement of the flowers doesn't look professionally done... not ugly, just not balanced or really arranged looking. Mainly I was surprised they'd deliver an arrangement with one of the most visible flowers broken all apart. My husband rarely sends flowers because he thinks they are overpriced and not a good use of money. When this kind of thing happens, it just adds more fuel to his fire and makes it that much longer before he orders flowers again. What a shame. read more

Buyer Beware! This florist lacks in customer service as well as providing quality floral arrangements that last. My husband order a $50 bouquet for our anniversary. The first 24 hours the flowers were gorgeous. However, the roses started wilting within a few days, which is common with roses, and then the carnations and foliage started decaying and started smelling like feces. Overall the arrangement lasted less than a week. Grocery store carnations last longer than that. I called the florist to express my concern. I was told that a manager would call me back. After a day-and-a-half, I had to call back myself. I was told that they only guarantee their flowers for 24 hours; in which I never saw this posted nor was it mentioned when my flowers were delivered. As I was on the phone expressing my concern, the "manager" in the background began yelling in Spanish at me as I tried to speak to the other "manager" Dora. I was told there was nothing I could do. I literally thanked Dora for her lack of customer service and she said, "you're welcome" and hung up. Keep looking.....there are MANY florists that guarantee their work for at least a week. I believe this proves that this florist does not use fresh flowers like others. read more
