The office staff is the friendliest group of ladies I've ever met in an apartment office, they truly make you feel at home. The apartment itself is spotless. The bedroom carpets look brand new, and the wood-patterned floors in the main areas are super cute. The kitchen and bathrooms are definitely my favorite parts. The kitchen has a large granite island with overhead lighting, under-cabinet track lights, and all modern, updated appliances. The bathrooms are beautiful. They have huge, clean tiled tubs, double sinks in both bathrooms, and more cabinet space than we even know what to do with. We also love the community amenities. Playing pool, corn hole, and swimming in the large pool has been so much fun. But honestly, the best part of living here is the welcoming atmosphere. From the maintenance team to the office staff, everyone is genuinely friendly, and that makes us feel at home.

We had previously decided to move at the end of our lease, but we are now planning to stay at least another year. I would definitely recommend this complex, though I would avoid moving into an apartment in buildings #1 or #2 if they face Debbie Lane. Well, I must say, I didn't expect this! Portofino Apartments has been a delightful experience starting from the afternoon I walked into the leasing office and ultimately concluding on the evening I received my keys. This is due largely in part to the "AMAZING" Leasing Consultant Jessica Rodriguez. As this complex is in high demand, there were no units available at the time that I first walked in. Jessica instantly went to work checking on upcoming availability, took me on a tour of the complex, showed me a unit that was soon to be occupied, and took my information with a promise to stay in touch. She did; by calling, emailing and consistently greeting me with a beautiful, welcoming smile every time I dropped by to check on my status. She was always appropriately professional, while remaining remarkably personable. I believe we're actually friends now! Lily Salas, the manager, while always on site diligently working, still took time to speak to me on many occasions. Leasing consultant Brittany Cox was also extremely cordial and pleasantly assisted in my move-in walk through. Leasing consultant Grace always had a smile and was instrumental in assisting me with a request after move-in. After my move-in, I was able to casually converse with Maintenance Lead Jose Gomez, who while expeditiously upgrading my accommodations, assured me that he was only a phone call away. That's always good to know! Lastly, in mentioning the exceptional employees of Portofino Apartments, I must mention Regional Manager Pam Parker. Although she oversees several units, she still "managed" to make a personal call to me as I wanted to praise her employees' exemplary service. All that being, regardless of whether you are moving from an apartment or a house, if you have the experience that I have had, I believe you will call Portofino Apartments, "HOME"!

From a state of the art weight room, to a semi-private mailing area to a beautiful pool and outdoor area, the Bexely felt like luxury. Our unit is still being power washed before moving in, which I appreciate the extra effort to make the place as new as possible before we start living there! First, they transferred the deposit to the new apartment which I did not agree with. They then determined that the other individual needed to pay a new deposit after he moved in and they mailed me the deposit after the 30-day Texas code and blamed us because we did not fill out paperwork that they never sent. They removed monies for urine-stained carpet but did not identify this via the move-out inspection. I would recommend that you find another apartment complex within Mansfield. Not worth their poor management.

They do the minimum not to go over budget on any repairs- when I moved in the carpet was not new, after 3 years of living here (carpet) it's not just dirty it's torn and dangerous for my kids. (11 months for them to repair!!!!) It took one of my kids to cut themselves before they saw it was a hazard. Do not come here! If I had the opportunity to break my lease I would but because we love the area, we are forced to hold on before we buy our own home.

My bath tub wouldn't drain (so I couldn't shower) and it took the leasing office a month to send someone to fix it. There is literally one person who does all the maintenance so don't expect to have your problems be fixed in a timely manner. Also, the A/C in gym doesn't work. For the rent being charged, which certainly isn't cheap or affordable, I expect a lot more! Do NOT make these apartments your home. There are better places out there in similar price range.
