This is not a trustworthy company to deal with. I had bought a bathroom exhaust fan to be…read moreinstalled. The electrician came and installed the exhaust fan and had stated that he didn't have any ventilation to hook up to the exhaust fan but all I needed to do it myself was to get the dryer exhaust ducting and connect it to the exhaust fan and the exterior port. After paying a significant amount for this part, he left and I went up to the attic to take measurements of how much duct I would need. However there was no exterior port cut out like he had stated. I called back and customer support wasn't any help and concluded I would need to pay an additional $250 to have this part done on top of the around $600 I had just paid. Another charge that should have already done. What out for this company!! If you do ever use them get an itemized invoice.
