They eventually fixed that, but later the black fixtures began to peel. I was made to feel it was my fault before they reluctantly replaced them. Just over two years later, a leak ruined the bath panel. Their own plumber, who attended three times to diagnose the issue, eventually found that the seals around the bath had lifted. This isn't normal for a bathroom of that age, especially used by one person and without visible damage/degradation. After two weeks of silence, the company again blamed me and claimed the failure was "expected." Only after I threatened legal action did they agree to replace the panel, but even then, they refused to communicate and delayed installation for over three months. Deeply disappointing experience, I wouldn't recommend them.
