The kids enjoyed having some frozen yogurt after eating their personal pizza which was probably one of the best kid meal values I've seen. Usually a great place with good food, but tonight's experience was extremely disappointing. Poor customer service. Several crew members behind the counter but no one willing to help the customers. We waited several minutes at the counter before being acknowledged and had our orders taken. Waited another 10 minutes to get our order, and I had to go back to the counter to get it. When I get to the counter, I see my order on the counter still incomplete. The crew member approached me and stated that they thought the order was to go and then completed the order. I didn't realize they put take out orders in ceramic plates and bowls??? It was clear the staff was annoyed to have customers. If you're in such a rush to close down an hour earlier, then why make customers wait unnecessarily and treat them poorly it doesn't help your business. It doesn't help your business! read more

I love grabbing Jason's Deli for a quick bite to eat! I always order the Manager's Special with a cup of soup, half sandwich and a side. I do not think that I have ever ordered a soup other than Broccoli Cheese.. it is tasty and I like dipping my chips in it! For my sandwich I went with the California Club for a lighter option, I changed it up this time and did not order the Club Royale. This location offers seating inside and outside. The food is what you expect, big portion and good flavor. They service is what sold me today. They were steadily busy and no one was not smiling. I watched the team work during my lunch and was very impressed with the team. The last two ladies at the end making sure the orders where up to their standards and ready for people definitely set a positive tone. They made people laugh and never slowed down. I took my "new to me" old car to a car show at Brier Creek early on a Saturday morning, and wondered where I was going to get my morning cup of coffee. It was still pre-open time for any of the stores in Brier Creek. However, I asked a fellow 'vette owner where he got his coffee and he said "Jason's Deli" Really? But they don't open 'till ten and it's only nine AM. Sure enough, I meandered over to find the door open and people enjoying breakfast and coffee... why not me? I walked in to be greeted by two very polite and professional young folks at the counter and ordered some coffee. One of the clerks struck up a conversation about my favorite football team. I was surprised at how big this place really was and really clean too. I ordered the Chicago Club that had chicken, bacon, cheese and chipotle ranch. It was very tasteful and filling. Came here with some friends before watching a movie at the Regal Cinemas. First time being here and I was surprised by how big it was for a deli. I ordered the Zuccini Grillini with a side of chips. The sandwich was decent. I looked it up online but unfortunately, I forgot that it had olives in it. I realized that during my 4th bite when this sour taste hit my tongue. But after I picked out all the olives, it was still an OK sandwich. Nothing to write home about. I had no idea that you can also order PB&J sandwiches here. Also, when asked for something to drink, I just said water and at the end, I wasn't given anything. Then I asked where do I get a water cup and the employee pointed me to the area where the soda machine was. I guess you help yourself to a cup. We went to Jason's deli for an early casual dinner on Saturday. When we walked in - almost all of the tables that were not blocked (every other table/booth is currently blocked for social distancing during covid) had dirty dishes on them that had not been cleaned up. There were about 20+ tables that had leftover dirty dishes. We found a table near the entrance that actually had been cleared. When we received our food (and I received gloves/bowl for the salad bar), my daughter's mac n' cheese had broccoli bits on the dish and she complained that there were brown gritty bits in the dish. She stopped eating it and had some of my salad veggies instead. When the leftover dishes were finally being cleaned up by the staff member, but this person was not spraying/sanitizing the tables. This person simply cleared the dishes and did not wipe the tables from my observation. This is not acceptable in general, but even more unacceptable during these continued covid times. I think management needs to step it up with this restaurant. The last time I dined at this Jason's deli - our whole family was served food on dirty dishes. Mgmt doesn't seem to be present at this location - they get business due to the high volume location (Brier Creek, Raleigh) but the attention to cleanliness and quality isn't there. read more

Jason's is consistently ok. It feels a bit like a cafeteria since the seats indoors are close together and the salad bar area can get crowded. But, you'll get a decent sandwich for a reasonable price. Try to sit outside if it's a nice day. On my last visit, I tried their Cuban Press served with chips. It was pretty good for under $7.00 with the free ice cream. But, I haven't been blown away by anything on the menu. The salad bar isn't a bad deal, if that's speaking to you. I like that the menu lists the calories for every offering. Overall, Jason's Deli is a safe bet if you want to get food before/after a movie. It's also family-friendly. I'm always super overwhelmed when I walk into any Jason's Deli. The menu is just so huge, there are specials all over the board, and you just feel pressure to order. People are constantly telling me to go ahead of them, because they feel it, too, then I end up ordering something I regret. But the good news is, most everything I've had from this place is good, so it doesn't much matter. There is something for everyone -- salad bar, sandwiches, soups, pasta, kids' meals, and baked potatoes the size of my head. They have complimentary mini-muffins and free ice cream. Though, at this particular location it was mainly ice. Yuck. I hate icy soft serve. You place your order, grab a number and wait for your food to be brought to you, unless you only get soup, in which case you go to the end of the counter and pick it up. I've seen more than one person confused by this, and understandably so. It was pretty hard to find seating for us -- since it was really crowded inside -- but I eventually found an open booth. The only bad aspect was that the bus-lady hadn't come by yet to pick up the previous customer's trash. The lady eventually came by and cleaned it up -- and was really sweet!
