Jason offered to clean out the home -- took him a couple days to do so. Asked him for pictures of the home cleaned as we are out of state. He sent pics of what he did but he did not send pics of things he left behind. Asked him to go back out and get the things as the home closing /sell could not happen without it. He promised to do so. Sent him money in good faith. He kept saying he would go but never returned our calls nor went out and finished the job. Asked him to return a portion of the money so we could hire someone else to finish and he still did not return our calls. To make sure he was OK I messaged his business under a different profile and he responded immediately. Which means he simply chose not to respond to our requests for him to finish. We do a lot of these jobs and wanted to use him for future projects if he did a good job here but that is now out the window. Disappointed for sure. gentleman is very kind and soft spoken. did a good job for what I needed. the price that I was quoted was supposed to be a flat fee and the price went up $125 from the outed price. He did a good job and it was a hard job to do. I would use him again in the future for any removal needed. read more
