Our house is over 100 years old, located near downtown Kingston. The very old limestone was in excellent shape, but the old mortar was not. Brad suggested using concrete blocks to replace the existing limestone, except for the bottom layer of huge limestone boulders. This would make the job more affordable and the wall would look much smoother when finished. He filled the empty cavities of all the cement blocks with cement, for added strength. My wife and I are thrilled with Brad's workmanship and steady work ethic. This young man works mostly on his own and never seems to stop for a break. Our foundation wall was restored in less than one week!

For the initial quote I met with Behtash Adib. He was punctual, professional and took the time to answer any and all questions. While deciding on the scope of the job Behtash was consistent with prompt responses and information. The basement waterproofing was done by Ade, Shy and Vandyke. During the project they noticed a potential problem in the same room unrelated to their work. The team notified me and even paused while they had a specialist stop by and check it out. This was above and beyond and extremely helpful. The second project was my front steps. Over the years the cement steps cracked and started to settle into the ground. The concrete repair team fixed this quickly, with excellent results. Andrew and Russel took the time to confirm my expectations of the job and answer any questions I had.
